Shipping policy

How long will it take to receive my order? Our shipping days are Monday through Friday. We guarantee the package to go out within 1-2 business days after the order is placed (excluding holidays). Most shipments can be expected in 3-4 business days once in transit. 

How can I track the status of my order? You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first tracking update. 

How much does shipping cost? There is no shipping charge on orders $85+ within the continental United States. Orders less than $85 will be charged a flat $17 fee. Orders for Alaska and Hawaii are calculated using real-time rates. 

Do you ship internationally? At the moment, we are unable to through our website - however, if you call us (+1-813-890-9450) during our business hours, we are happy to take your order over the phone. You can also email your order to customerservice@linenwash.com. 

Do you offer in-store pickup? While we manufacture and fulfill everything from our family-owned and operated location, we do not have a physical store front for the public. 

Can I return my product for a refund or replacement? We allow returns for unopened/unused products only. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will gladly and immediately issue the refund, or send a replacement of any product of equal or lesser value. 

A note on PO boxes. Due to previous issues with the USPS, we do not recommend using a PO Box as your shipping address. However, we are more than happy to send your package wherever is best for you.
