Refund policy

Le Blanc does not accept returns or offer refunds on any items sold on linenwash.com, with the exception of (a) errors in shipping, (b) damaged or broken goods, (c) incorrect items being received by the customer, as per the product and shipping information as listed on the receipt.

Cancellations must be requested before a confirmation of shipment email has been sent to the address provided by the customer by calling 813.890.9450.
